Found time to post today! *dances*

Busy weekend was busy. Friday I spent a good part of the day getting stuff ready for the 4th. That basically entailed cleaning out coolers, getting more fireworks and buying more food and stuff for the barbeque.

After that was done, a bunch of us went go-carting at this indoor go-cart/arcade place that's kinda like Chuck E Cheese for big kids; which is what I am. :3 That was fun, even though my younger brothers kicked my butt at almost everything I challenged them to. >.>;; No redemption for Tiffy that day.

After a few hours of me getting pwned of fun, everyone decided to give my poor wounded ego a break go to the movies. We caught the last showing of Public Enemy. Johnny Depp~ <3 He was awesome, of course. *is biased but speaks the truth*

Saturday my family and a bunch of our friends and neighbors went to the lake for our "11th Annual Independence Day BBQ."

We were supposed to be there at 1:00 pm, but my group was lated and didn't get there until about 2:30. I almost missed out on my aunt's yummy peach cobbler, which is my favorite, but managed to get one of the last pieces. Yay me! There was sooo much food, and naturally  I eat way to much, but whose complaining?

The only bad thing about yesterday is that it was 102 degrees out there. Way to hot. So most of us spent a good amount of time in the water jet skiing and swimming and such. We had a few jet ski races and I came in second three times and fourth once. XD

When it stared getting dark, we set off some fireworks until the real show stated at 9:00. We had a really good view of the Dallas fireworks display from the lake. It was as beautiful as alway and had my inner pyro cackling like a maniac. When that was over, we pretty much packed up went home. It was a really great day.

Today was much more laid back. There were tons of leftovers that needed to be dealt with, and dealt with they were. >:3

We went to the movies again. We saw Transformers in IMAX. It was everything you'd expect from a summer blockbuster, and since it was in IMAX, all the 'splodey parts were even splodey-er, thus raising the enjoyment factor.  Shia Lebouf amused me, and there were some pretty funny parts. Bumblebee is still my favorite transforming robotic alien ever~ X3

Then I came home and took a nap. XD

So that's how I spent my weekend. I'm exhausted.

Hey everyone, this will be my last post for a while. Life just got a hell of a lot more stressful. DX A whole shit-load of family drama just cropped up, so I don’t think I’ll be up to or even have time for blogging or fanfiction. Hopefully this will all blow over soon, but judging from the situation, I severely doubt it . . . *sigh* I just wanted to let you guys know why I’ll be MIA for a while.

I’ll miss you guys and I will see you when everything calms down. *huggles*

Bye. :)

There must be something in the atmosphere.  It seems like all I want do lately is sleep.  I took a 'nap' yesterday at 4:30 pm and I didn't wake up until 11:48 this morning.  XD;;  And I'm about ready for to catch another 40 winks.  XP

I've been super busy the past few weeks.  I started a new job, which has been eating up a great deal of my time.  And about two weeks ago I babysat 11 kids at once for almost 24 hours... don't recommend it.  >.>  For the most part they just eat and had a little 'Disney Marathon.'  Meaning, I sat them in front of the TV and had them watch Disney movies all day.  Seven to be exact.  XD  My main reason for doing so was to keep them from ganging up on me and locking me in a closet.  >.>;;  *is speaking from personal experience*

I so don't recommend babysitting so many brats. XD;

The worst part of the last few weeks has been the fact that I have barely had any time to use the computer.  ;o;  I think I was starting to have withdrawals from lack of internet use. o_o  I was gonna spend all day a few blissful hours in front of my precious baby -- or "Sadistic Bastard" as I call it when it's being difficult and refuses to work properly --  reading fanfics and hang with  my buds here on LJ, cause you guys are made of awesome and I missed you!  *group glomp*  X3  But that didn't exactly work out since I decided to take a "quick" nap first.

Yeah.  XD

Now that my schedule is clear for the next two days, I'm going to use that time to catch up on all the virtual fun I've been missing.  Sleep be damned!  *thrusts fist in the air dramatically*

But first I need to replenish my energy, and since I'm all out of Red Bull, there is only one thing I can do...

G'night everybody!  *waves*  XD

_ Pick your birth month.
_ Strike out anything that doesn't apply to you.
_ Bold (or italicize) the five-ten that best apply to you.

DECEMBER: Loyal and generous. Sexy. Patriotic. Active in games and interactions. Impatient and hasty. Ambitious. Influential in organizations. Fun to be with. Loves to socialize. Loves praises. Loves attention. Loves to be loved. Honest and trustworthy. Not pretending. Short tempered. Changing personality. Not egotistic. Take high pride in oneself. Hates restrictions. Loves to joke. Good sense of humor. Logical.

I have to admit, it's pretty accurate. I do have a temper but its nowhere near as bad as it was when I was younger, so that's a good thing. I could stand to be less impatient though. . .   ^^;;

I just found out that there is going to be a directors cut of AC called Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete. :D You know what that means? More of the smexiness that is Cloud Strife! XD *happy dance*

It's suppose to have an extra 30 minutes of footage and a disc with a playable demo of FFXIII! It's coming out on Blue Ray, in japan next spring.

I just hope we don't have to wait too long for the english version. D:

I saw The Dark Knight again last night. It was even better than the first time. . . the movie was any way. . .

So tell me, who do I talk to about banning small children and babies from movie that are likely to scare the hell out of them?

My friend, my sister and her boyfriend and I went to see the 11:45 pm showing, the last show of the night. About five minutes into the previews, a woman walks in with a baby and a little boy who could not be more than five years old.

For the first ten or so minutes of the movie, the kid was running up and down the stairs and through the isles. Now it was a pretty big crowd for such a late show. The theater had to be at least 3/4 full. While the kid is running around laughing his little head off, guess what the mom does? Nothing, not a damn thing. D<

Someone yelled "lady get your kid" but apparently, she wasn’t paying attention. Yeah. So people tried to ignore the kid, and watch the movie.

Then the Joker appeared on screen. The kid looks up and starts Screaming!

Now that was the last straw. I didn’t even get a chance to see the Joker make the pencil disappear D: because people started yelling at the woman, my group included, but we nowhere near as bad as some of the others. We mainly yelled for her to stop the boy from crying and that we did not pay nine bucks a pop to here a kid scream all night.

A couple of people got up and left. I guess they went to complain or something. But get this, did the woman do the decent thing and take the kid outside to calm him down? Of course not. She starts yelling about how she has as much right to be here as we do and to shut up because we are upsetting her kids and we are even louder than her son and baby (who has started crying too) put together.

At this point, (about twenty minutes into the film) a usher comes in and asks the woman to step out with him.

Oh, by the way, when the little boy started to cry, she did not get up to get him, no she sat there and waited for him to run to her, which he eventually did.

The whole room applauded as she was escorted out of the theater, she was cussing like a sailor and trying to play the victim. Real nice. This chick deserves a fucking award. D:<

Thankfully she did not come back.

At few minutes later, people are still pretty pissed, hell I was too. But another worker came in to apologize and announced that they would be starting the movie over from the beginning. Everyone clapped again. From that point on everything was blissfully uneventful, besides the movie itself of course.

Seriously. What. The. Hell?!  I don’t mean to be judgmental, but come on. There was so much wrong with that situation, it wasn’t even funny. think about it. Here it is, damn near midnight, you bring a baby and a five year old (probably younger) to a movie about a scary ass demented clown with a knife fetish, who likes to blown shit up. Sound like a good idea to you? And to top it off, you can’t be bothered to even watch your kid and keep him out of trouble. How inconsiderate is that? Then you have the nerve to get upset because people refuse to tolerate your bullshit? I mean, jesduashfhadjrl!!!11!!!  -_-#

Okay I’m done ranting.

The Dark Knight still rocks! ^_^

. . .My Grandma just called Sephiroth a Hot Highland Hottie.  XDDDD

Yes!  My almost 70 year old Gram said THAT!  LMAO!

About an hour ago, I was sitting on the porch with my Grandma, explaining stuff from Final Fantasy VII and Kingdom Hearts to her.  She has seen Advent Children and the Last Order.  Not only did she watch them but she also liked them.  And growing up, she has been my #1 supplier (aside from myself) of Anime, Manga, FF and KH games, and pocky.  Yes, my Grandma rocks awesome, thank you very much. X3

So anyway, I was explaining to her about how Sephiroth wanted to use the planet as a vessel and sail across the cosmos and stuff.  Actually I said something along the lines of "he wanted to wear the planet as a skirt an go flying across the galaxy with his mommy. "  >.>;;  (This is where the conversation took an odd turn.)

This is how the conversation played out from there.

Gram:  A skirt?

Me:  . . .Well it would be wrapped around his waist. . . kinda, maybe.  So, yeah, a skirt.

Gram:  Why not a kilt?

Me:  *laughs*  Sephiroth would never wear a kilt!
(Note:  Yes, I realize he would never wear a skirt either. . .  Moving on.)

Gram:  *completely ignores me*  Yeah, he would be a Highland Hottie.

Me:  *somehow chokes on laughter*  A Highland Hottie?!  I can't believe you just said that!

Gram:  He could wear a kilt and the sash, no shirt of course-

Gram:  - those knee high socks and the sandals.  Oh and the little hat with th pompom on top.

Me:  *stares with mouth hanging open*

Gram:  Yes, his long silky hair blowing in the wind as he plays the bagpipes.  He would be a real Hot Highland Hottie.

Me:  *indignant squeak*  You know I hate the bagpipes!  They sound like cats-

Gram:  Cats in pain, yes I know dear.

Me:  *stare*  Do you want something to drink?  I'm gonna go get one because I'm positive the heat is messing with my head.

Gram:  *laughs - dare I say - evilly*  No hon.

Yeah. She likes to do things like that to me sometimes.   XD

The best part is the mental images those statements create.  Think about it!  Sephiroth in a kilt, with the little hat, knee high socks and sandals, and the cat killing machine a set of bagpipes!  XD  Too funny!

She is the sweetest lady I know and an absolute riot.  It was just too funny hearing those words come from her!  I will be laughing about this for days!
